Orders & availability
All orders are subject to product availability. We deliver only to pincodes listed on our website at checkout. Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may vary due to demand, weather, or operational reasons.
Pricing & payment
Prices, fees, and delivery charges shown at checkout are final for your order. Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Cash on delivery (where offered) must be paid in full at delivery or pickup as instructed.
Food products
Our products are perishable food items. Please inform us of allergies or dietary requirements in order notes. While we follow good hygiene practices, customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Orders already in preparation may not be refundable. Refund handling for eligible online payments follows our Refund Policy and Razorpay rules.

To the extent permitted by law, Cakeloo Bakery is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or delayed delivery beyond our reasonable control.
